About me
Jessica joined IBM in 2001 as a Mechanical Design Engineer working on Power, Storage, and Research Systems. After five years working in mechanical design, she then moved into managing software and hardware test teams within the Systems Assurance organization. She also led the Power Client Care Project Office, which was responsible for resolving formal complaints and critical situations for clients, followed by a role with Systems Strategy. A 13-month assignment in Armonk, NY followed as Chief of Staff for IBM Senior Vice President, Bob Picciano. This role led to her executive appointment in 2019. From July 2021 to June 2024, she led the Worldwide Technical Sales team for the Power brand. In September, 2022, she also assumed the role of Senior State Executive for Minnesota. Her current role is leading the worldwide Power Client Care Team and PowerVS Support/SRE team.
Jessica has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University. She completed a Corporate Service Corps assignment to Indonesia in 2012. In addition, she is a Master Inventor within IBM.
She moved to Rochester, MN upon accepting a job with IBM after college and lives with her husband, Lance, and two boys. They enjoy spending time at the lake, traveling, concerts, and family.
