Jeff Cummings joined IBM in 2021. He is currently the IBM Global Power Call Home Lead, responsible for driving automation strategy and enhancing support operations across IBM Power Systems worldwide. He leads initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve response times, and deliver measurable efficiency gains across a global support organization.

Before joining IBM, Jeff served over 10 years active duty in the United States Air Force, bringing a mission-driven mindset and leadership approach to everything he does.
