About me

As a Senior Systems Engineer on the Service Delivery team at CloudFirst, Nathan provides support and advice on new hardware installations, system migrations, OS upgrades, SAN and VIOS implementations, and more. He has been in an IT support role of one form or another since the mid-1990s and has worked with IBM systems for over 20 years. In 2015 he left the telecommunications industry to enter the Business Partner community. He is a certified IBM i Administrator and IBM Storage Technical Specialist.
